Privacy
What we hold, what we don't.
Short version: an email address only when you give us one, and a name only when you type it. Nothing else follows you around the site.
What we store
Mailing list. If you sign up, we keep the email address you gave us, when you signed up, and where the signup happened (the footer, the RSVP form, a contact form). Nothing else. If you unsubscribe, we mark the address inactive so we don't write to it again; write to us if you want the row removed.
RSVPs. When you RSVP for a gathering, we store the email you provided, the name if you gave one, whether you checked the mailing-list opt-in, and a note the door team may add (e.g. “checked in”). RSVPs are tied to the event they're for and are deleted with the event when we clean up after.
Guest-list fill links. If an artist or crew member fills a list for us, the names they enter live alongside the other RSVPs for that event under the same rules.
Analytics. We use Vercel's aggregate analytics (page views, no per-person tracking) and Speed Insights (rendering timings). Neither uses cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tracker, and no profile of you.
What we don't store
IP addresses (beyond the moment a form is submitted, where they drive an anti-spam rate limit), device fingerprints, third-party cookies, browsing history, or any data broker enrichment.
How long we keep it
Mailing-list rows stay until you unsubscribe (which sets them inactive) or ask us to delete them. RSVP rows are kept for as long as the event is on the site; when we archive an event and it goes away, the RSVPs go with it.
Who else sees it
Mail we send goes out via Brevo (transactional mail provider, EU-based). Our site + database runs on Vercel and Turso. That's it. We don't sell, share, or license your data to anyone.
Your rights under GDPR
Under Articles 15 and 17 of the GDPR, you can ask us for a copy of every piece of data we hold on you, and you can ask us to delete it. Write to us at /contact and we'll action either request within 30 days. If you want to unsubscribe from the mailing list without a full delete, the link is at /unsubscribe.
Changes to this page
If the data we collect changes materially, we'll update this page and, when relevant, note it on a mailing-list send. No silent changes.
