Pulse Index arrives from Helsinki. A night of A/V collaborations, live-set electronic, and spacious ambient at Studio dB.
The gathering
On October 18, Pulse Index (a Helsinki-based A/V platform) joins us at Studio dB for a night of audiovisual collaborations, live-set electronics, and spacious ambient.
Static Channel celebrates the release of their vinyl LP 'Wave I' with a hybrid electronic and live-visuals set. Progressive soundscapes meet generative abstract visuals, dense composition continually shifted through improvisatory manipulation. The result is momentous, mesmerising, singularly Static Channel.
Raw Image is the live techno duo of Leo Wieber and Cameron Hoy (Keanu Raves), bonded over Tresor Records and hardware-focused production. Their sets are shaped in real time, responding intuitively to each other with minimal communication. Every Raw Image performance is unrepeatable.
Katrinø Brægnum (fka Kat Polar) is a Danish-born, Berlin-based movement artist, choreographer, musician and singer. Her solo project explores polarities in sound: darkness and softness, groove and drone, electronic and acoustic, distorted basses under breakbeats, field recordings and voice.
